What’s the ruling on raisin juice?

Bismillahi Ta’ala
Walaikum Assalam Warahmatullah,
Raisin juice is a liquid derived from raisins, which are dried grapes. It is typically made by soaking raisins in water to rehydrate them and then blending or boiling them to extract the juice. The resulting liquid is strained to remove any solids, producing a sweet, concentrated juice with a rich flavor reminiscent of raisins.
Essentially, it is similar to raisin nabeez in which raisins are soaked in water overnight (or for several hours) to infuse the water with their flavor and nutrients. The nabeez does not necessarily mixes and blends the raisin remanent into the liquid.
As long as raisin juice is not fermented, it will be halal suitable. However , if it gets fermented, then it will be haram to consume. So care should be taken in preperation, either through leaving it for long time or boiling it, whereby the sugar in it can ferment to make khamr (grape alcohol).
