Can I stipulate that my to-be husband has to memorize a specific portion of Qur’an as a Mahr for my nikah?

According to Hanafiya, if a nikah is done stipulating memorization of Qur’an as a mahr in it, then while the nikah itself will be valid, the Mahr will default to Mahr Mithl.
Memorization of Qur’an cannot be stipulated as a Mahr.
Current minimum Mahr is calculated at $ 33.50 while optimum Mahr is $1,670 Canadian Dollars.
