I just came to saudi alhamdullilah for umrah, due to the warm heat some times my nose may bleed, but this usually happens if i sneeze , it may trigger it, the blood in my nose wont be flowing, but if i get a tissue theyll be tiny blood mixed with my snot , but it wont be flowing the blood, this happened last two fajrs , i do wudhu before the salah but when im in saf it happens and its obviously really hard to do wudhu in masjid haram and in masjid nabwi as it is usually busy and only way to do wudhu is outside, eventually me doing this ill probably miss salah ,so i was wondering if ill be classed as mazur and will my salah be accepted, or will i have to read again as qaza?

Walaikum Assalam Warahmatullah
In principle, the blood needs to flow from its exit point over to a place of washing in order for the wudhu’ to break. In the scenario mentioned, the blood has not flown and thus the wudhu’ is not invalidated.
However, using the tissue to blow the blood out has made the blood exit. If this blood is more than the other nasal fluid (such that its redness is dominant over other fluids) then the wudhu’ will break.
Moreover, you cannot be classified as a ma’zur (disable for wudhu’ purposes such that you can use dispensations) since for that your condition needs to remain for an entire salah time without giving you enough time to fulfil your salah obligation. This then needs to be monitored and checked before you can classify yourself as a ma’zur.
Hence in your situation, my suggestion is to not use the tissue at all until your salah has finished. Thereafter, if you feel like using the tissue, then only use it. If you see some redness which is not dominant, then too your wudhu’ will remain.
Also note that if the blood comes in the nose and dries up without flowing, then such blood, or its removal does not invalidate the wudhu’.
