Can we take part in lucky draw at workplace?

Walaikum Assalam Warahmatullah

As long as there is no money given in to draw the lot for who gets the free coffee, then it will be permissible.

If money has to be given in, so that one’s name can be placed into the draw, then the money becomes a wager, and the reward will become a prize in a gamble. This will not be permissible.
