Is there any organizations where Zakat can be sent to and is verified to not mix Zakat with organizational expenses?
An organization that is actively helping Muslims in war torn countries and does disseminate Zakat fairly would be extremely helpful

It is commendable to be vigilant in finding the organizations while dispensing zakat.

In regards to an avenue to assist the war afflicted Muslim Ummah, I can only suggest Darul Uloom Karachi‘s initiative.
