Can we pray Tarawhi behind Imam who prays with open quran, considering that we are in remote area and there is no other alternative except praying with him or praying alone.

At the outset please read about the past answer regarding praying behind an Imam holding mushaf and reading from it.
In short, such a salah will invalidate for a hanafi muqtadi. However, do read through one specific scenario in that question to see if that is how the congregation might be structured.
In your particular scenario, I would suggest approaching the masjid and responsible people and informing them of this issue for the hanafi followers. If they are astute and tolerant to their congregants, they will make arrangement for someone who is actually a hafiz.
If your efforts do not yield the desired outcome, then I would suggest to perform your own Taraweeh Salah, or make another congregation of the brothers who do not wish to endanger their taraweeh salah.
While it is a Sunnah to do khatm of Qur’an in taraweeh and you may not get this sunnah if you pray separately, still praying a valid congregational taraweeh with small surah is far better and desired.
