I have question about Salah. What is the ruling of Salah when the person is working at the store where the music is on and have very short break for 15 mins and there is no isolated area in the mall where he can go and perform his Salah. Can he perform his Salah in the store where the music is on?

In the situation mentioned, one may perform the salah in the store as well.
Try and find a remote area in the store where no pictures or manikin is towards the front. As a mechanism to remove music distraction as much as possible, carry some noise reducing foam ear plugs.
