Can I kiss my wife while I am fasting?
Kissing your wife does not break your fast. A person should assess if his sexual drive can handle it or not. If one ejaculated by kissing one’s spouse, the fast will break. The above ruling is for kissing without saliva. If during kissing, saliva of one’s spouse goes down one’s throat, then the fast will invalidate, and qadha’ along with kaffara will become wajib.
