Bismillahi Ta’ala

Walaikum Assalam Warahmatullah

Sajdah Tilawa as well as Nafil Salah is not permissible in the three impermissible times i.e. Sunrise, Zawal and Sunset.

However, this is not the same for time after Fajr Salah till sunrise and Asr Salah till sunset.

In these two time, if the sajdah tilawa becomes wajib, then one may offer the sajdah tilawa. However, Nafil salah will still need to be delay until after Ishraq or after Maghreb Salah.

If someone has prior sajdah tilawa upon him, then they must be performed in safe time and not these makruh times.
