If one who suffers from dry skin, eczema or other skin related issues used cream/moisturizer whilst in Ihram, would this be permissible?
The cream is prescribed and nothing about scent is stated on it, however, it does have a medicinal type smell.

It is permissible to use creams for medicinal purpose in ihram. The medicinal smell is most probably menthol smell. This is fine. The prohibition is of using fragrance. One could seek specific medicinal unscented cream or lotion.
