Assalam alaikum mufti sahab, if we are offering taraweeh behind other maslak imam for ex Hambli, so we should be offering Witr also behind him or will have to offer separately.

Walaikum Assalam Warahmatullah
If the Imam makes the taraweeh where he makes salaam after 2 rak’at and then performs 1 rak’at separately, then a hanfi’s witr salah is not valid behind such an Imam.
In such a case, the hanafi followers should politely step away and make their own congregation in a remote corner with 3 rak’at.
However, if the imam makes his non-hanafi witr in 3 rak’at with one salam, then it is perfectly find to follow behind him and there is no need for stepping away.
