We want to start selling on Etsy. Considering that the product is ordered first and then it is manufactured and delivered, we don’t have possession of the item when the payment is made, would it be halal to become a seller on Etsy due to this reason or any other technicalities?
Process:
- The customer sees our listing online and places an order.
- When we receive the order, we tell a third-party to manufacture it.
- The third-party manufactures and directly ships it to the customer.
