Most of the companies offer bonuses during the Christmas holidays. Is it Halal for us? Can we take it?

Bonuses being given at the end of the year in Christmas holidays are not necessarily Christmas bonuses. The distinction is important.
If the bonus are specifically for Christmas, then one should not take them as they are to honor Christmas. However, if the bonus is a year end bonus, which happens to coincide with Christmas holiday, then they are merely for appreciation of the employees, and can be utilized.
